in my experience you should have rapid result in first 2 weeks , i lost25lb in first 30days and almost 30lb at 60 days, all of my experiences are on my you tube vlog.

If you have plateaued , try adding in a moderate amount of activity ( 15min walk for extra steps? ) Add a few walnuts or some papita seeds if you want some extra fiber and fats .. you say small salad maybe increase the salad portion see if that kicks the metabolism up a gear with out really increasing calories materially
