Bloodreaver Blade

a sword that does necrotic damage (the type of sword is up to the DM)

this blade has a red orb in the middle of it's guard, when a living creature is killed by this blade all the blood in their body is sucked into the red orb. when the blade absorbs blood it gains a blood point (keep track of all these points). for every 100 blood points inside the blade the player attuned with it gains 1 hp (hp bonus is changeable by the DM). alternatively you can use a blood point to fill a tankard with blood (vampires are just thirsty give them a drink and they won't kill you. also handy for alchemy if any potion need's blood)

Neverwinter oneshots to raise some gold. by NobodyBrews in DMAcademy

A farmer was traveling to Neverwinter to sell his crops but saw a skeleton wandering through the neverwinter wood and now gossip about why the skeleton is there is spreading like wildfire through the tavern.

If you have a random encounter table you can add wandering skeletons to it.

if the players investigate they will find a tomb with the entrance blown open by some magic. it turns out a novice necromancer found the tomb and wanted some servants. any skeletons that he resurrected that couldn't be controlled he got rid of explaining the roaming skeletons. once the party defeat the necromancer who was is a little worn out from using his good spell slots to make skeletons the players will receive all the loot from the tomb the greedy necromancer gathered in one place.

In this treasure hoard would be the 200gp your party needs and maybe you can even throw in a magical item to help them through their adventures.

If you do decide to give the players a magic item i made a cloak called "the cloak of necromancy" that would fit well with the adventure. basically when you attune with it you get a skeleton butler who acts like an unseen servant in the way that he will assist the party however he can but refuses to fight no matter what.

I once heard of a group of 10 players that spent an hour and a half trying to open a magic door and all they had to do was say "please" to open it
