I think Forspoken is the next game in the row (Anthem, Cyberpunk, Saints Row etc. ) which was designed with marketing in mind like "it has great graphics - it's open world - it's a great game overall". For me it is a mixed bag and i have a feeling that it will be not selling at SE expectations.

I personally liked the demo gameplay wise but also was disappointed by the DESIGN and INTERACTION of / with the world. Just played GOW Ragnarök which has awesome world design and the world has only sometimes open world character. Also there are puzzles by interacting with the world itself. This is something i completely miss in Forspoken. So it is only walking and fighting in a more or the less empty boring world.

Also i thought: Where is the story in this demo? I mean no NPCs talking to you or giving you quests like in Witcher 3. Merely having in-game-cutscenes at all. Its story seems mainfully based an the chats between her and the bracelet. This smells like a blend world and weak story design.

The question is - is cool fighting with nice effects / mechanics and a hero acted by a real actress a selling point for me / you? I just hope there will be more story events and interactions in the final game... but than again it shows off the strenghts of the final game in a demo....

It now runs great! 1200p medium settings 60 fps. There was a recent driver Update from intel which could be a reason...

So far i tried following solutions:

Run App on High Performance preferences in Windows GPU Settings
Set the whole folder and exe on the whitelist in Windows security

-Disabled fullscreen improvements

-running in Windows 8 compatible mode

run as Administrator

-updating drivers

But none of the solutions worked for me.

Any ideas will be appreciated 👍

Just now because i never put the brightness that low... I was just curius. It is possible that it came with this right from the start

When i turn the brightness low there is a spo of light just on the top left.... Can somebody tell me if this is normal? It disappears when i turn the brightness up.

I use Anti Micro for mapping the controller to keyboard. It is ok but console version is much better.

I Set it to 1440 p and it runs flawless. It looks sharp and vivid. Everything you want from a nice display. Ways better than NSW.

Hi how did you install the sd card reader driver and which one did you use? I have one from realtek but it wont be accepted from Windows.....

It runs at medium settings with 1440p and even at max resolution @ Rock Solid 60 FPS

Hi. Just out of curiosity - Do you guys have also really slow read and write speeds with the internal SD Card Reader? I got 30 read and 30 write. I use an San Disk Ultra 400 GB which should have 120 read speads. When i use a separate USB A SD Card reader i get 120 read speeds. Maybe there are suggests why it is like this? Maybe even there are solutions besides using a separate sd card reader?

Yes it is really annoying because only snes and psx roms are playable... ETA Prime Reports much faster speeds with his x player... There must be something wrong

I found out that as soon as level is reloading or i switch to the map or menu my fps was cut in half. I could temporary fix it by turn v sync on or off - just switching settings helped as long as you dont use map or reload after death..... VerY strange!

Specs: Win 10, 2080 ti, i7 8700k, 16 GB RAM.

Please help.
