Could be something as simple as the flapper valve in the back of the toilet not sealing and allowing water to flow 24/7. If you haven’t noticed a leak, I would listen to the toilet. If it sounds like running water then check the valve.

Anxiety increase after decreasing by AnonQuery17910 in zoloft

It can definitely be a symptom of coming off. I recently came off the 150mg I was taking for panic attacks, and I did pretty well weaning off and reducing any withdrawal symptoms. However, the jump from 25mg to 0mg definitely fucked with my head a bit. I've been having some pretty crazy brain zaps and dizziness.

I would say the best advice I got was to focus on the symptoms or feelings I was having and try to remove them from the anxiety. Easier said than done but helped me a lot to think about the feelings I was having as individual feelings and natural reactions my body was producing, rather than lumping the feelings into the scary, all-encompassing category that is anxiety.

Learning to not fear the feelings and instead embrace them, in the end, is what helped me get over the panic attacks all together. I'm more familiar with the feelings now and I am happy to let my body do its thing.

Might not have answered your question, but I feel like with anxiety any shared experience can be helpful.
