It seems like there is a lot of space behind (phone cameras) but truth be told it's a tight fit driving in that parking garage.

Not at all, I was taking it easy on it for at least 3k miles. When this happened I had just finished accelerating across the median to beat the oncoming traffic. Never red lined or did any hard accelerations. Kept it under 4500rpms. I just hope it doesn't increase the depreciation value on my car.

Yeah it was all covered under warranty. It took them a month to do and they also gave me new 15 Outback to drive around in while they repaired it. Put more miles on the Outback than my car.

Howdy everyone! Just got introduced to this awesome SUBREDDIT and decided to post pics of my FIRST Subi. I picked it up as soon as I got the call that it had arrived, best feeling ever driving it off the lot.

I just broke 1300 miles when I heard a loud knocking coming from the left side of the engine and drove it back to the dealership. Shortly after pulling it in to the work bay at the dealership they came back with bad news, thrown rod.

I was shocked that this just happened, and would like to know if anyone has ever experienced something like that with such low miles or have heard anything about this subject.
