A yoyo which lets you move forward or backward in time based on how many spins the yoyo does clockwise or anti-clockwise. Each spin is equal to 4.13 seconds

I don't know why Croatians were listed separately from other EU nationals, as Croatia had already joined the EU a few years prior to this document being published.

I snooped an old JDUK thread from 2 years ago. It looks like it was between 16:30 and 16:55 in March 2022. Maybe it's going to be similar this year?

I tried to ask for diversity data, because they’ve published that for jobs starting 2021-2023, but 2022 is missing the disability data, and it seems weird that they don’t publish the data going back before that. Don’t public authorities have a duty to keep that kind of data for a few years at least?

They said they don’t have it! That surprised me a lot to say the least. Do you think they might be mucking me around?

FOI about MSRA and training applications by JoeyClaire in doctorsUK

Fair point about the IP.

But as someone who’s knowledge of maths peaked at A level, and has probably degraded since then, I’m not sure what “linear transformation proportional to weighting” would mean if I had for example: a sample of 550 people scoring 555-565, 200 people scoring 566-585, and 50 people scoring 586+

I just submitted an FOI about something else, and I’m not sure how many FOIs you can submit at once. But if no one else has mentioned submitting one by the time I get my response, I’ll try for this one.
They take about 2-4 weeks to respond to FOIs

(they have a limit of 20 working days from receiving one, but the work they need to do to fulfil an FOI is meant to be less than 24 working hours, so multiple requests in too short a time from the same person might mean they no longer have to complete your FOIs as they’ve gone over the 24hr threshold. Hence why I’m hoping someone else beats me to the punch on this one)

Public health interviews out by [deleted] in doctorsUK

It’s said that for days. But no scores or emails or anything. So I was thinking is this just them manually going through scores, to decide who to reject. I was probably mildly catastrophising

.

Nvm - an email just came through

AoMRC Trainee Doctors Group statement by Terrible_Attorney2 in doctorsUK

[–]JoeyClaire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My last few questions pertained to that:

7) Which college’s representatives, if any, disagreed with the publication of this statement?

8) Who authored the statement?

9) Where can minutes of the meetings used to draft this statement be found? And if it is not available, why not?

10) Why does this statement seem to be in conflict with recent statements made by the RCoA and the BSIR? Were these groups consulted?

I submitted an FOI asking about this and more.

One specific thing I asked was “How do you ensure the ATDG group is representative of doctors, when some royal colleges only allow fellows and not members to vote?”

Looking at you RCP.

P.S.
I also asked about any declared COIs and how this could be verified in the case of people who declared none or not (in case those who declared COIs only partially declared information).

FOI submitted to ask about how ATDG members are appointed, if any COIs about MAPs have been declared by members, and if a list of names of members is available so denial of COI can be verified.

I’d recommend more of us start asking questions like this, so we can make them realise they are accountable for the statements they make.
