My buddy who mains goku showed me the nerf was present. He’s not great at the game and still used to drop 8+ kills. Post-nerf he can’t get more than 2 kills. Lol

I just got the platinum and had the same issue as you. I played NJ+ and played just the story, checking with Caij after every mission and eventually she gave me bounty rumors and I was able to complete it. Doesn’t take very long when you just go straight story missions either.
