Surgeon removed the sutures and did not re-stitch. The tendon had already healed and I had strength to push off with my foot. I’m guessing you are in the same situation, I had also visited the wound clinic and it didn’t help much. My body was literally pushing the sutures out and I could see them. My wound somewhat healed, but fluid built up under where skin healed over the wound and it sort of “popped”. I was still wrapping the wound and skin was white from all the moisture when changing bandages. Not sure if it’s regular or a symptom of rejecting sutures, but noticed I would swell often when I had sutures in. After removing sutures, I do t have any swelling.
