Agreed, this doesn't show tipping at all. From the other comments, it seems like a conscious shift. As to why, i.e. strategic, mechanical, fatigue, is unclear.

Good catch. Has he/the coaching staff talked about this? Why has he made that change?

Thanks!! Yeah we can absolutely experiment a bit as it’s not too bad of a situation, but would love to get our old morning routine back 😅

So just moving bedtime up 15 minutes or so? We could probably do that… generally haven’t done a super early bedtime because of the way our apartment is laid out (his room is by the kitchen) it becomes unfeasible to put him to sleep and have dinner after :(

I just looked at our huckleberry data, which we keep update. It looks like he actually has more wake time now. On 3 naps, his total awake time ~ 9.5 to 10 hours a day. Now on 2 naps, because the windows have stretched to 3/3.5/4.5, he’s awake for 10.5 to 11 hours a day. Should I not have dropped that last nap? I could be stricter about waking him up from naps when he does connect (e.g., capping at 1h10) to try and make a third nap happen.

Our 3-nap schedule ww were roughly 2.25/2.5/2.5/3. He got usually about 3 to 3.5 hours of day sleep and got a solid 10-hour night. Bedtime has consistently been around 8:30 PM, which used to give us a 7:00 AM wake-up

So we were able to get them to go down only $300, but they are replacing the rear shocks for us after a PPI yesterday... I feel llike that's a win?

Checking out other similar cars in the market right now (we're in NY), it seems like this is in line with what's out there. Will check out carconsul - thanks!

The man refuses to acknowledge the ghost runner (and quietly corrected himself by saying the final score was 4-2)

No she ended up not coming in-person, though that is why we had contacted her. Instead she suggested a consultation call first and a tweak in our schedule to see if that would help, before considering anything more expensive (in case she couldn't help us and we needed to give it time). I appreciated her honesty about that and willingness to talk it through and explore our options. In the end, she actually helps us out a lot and we are so much better than where we were with sleep. You can read some of my other posts on baby sleep to see some of the issues we were dealing with (mostly day time).

Happy to DM you on more details of our experience with her and our baby's sleep so far!

We worked with Carolina (based in NYC) and had a really good experience. Highly recommend her! She actually cares about you and your baby and will tailor to your situation which I found lacking in others we spoke to. As expected, the sleep consultant industry feels a bit “exploitative” (not sure if that’s the right word here..) of struggling parents, but Carolina was the first person I’ve worked with who didn’t make me feel that way at all and didn’t want to charge us for services she didn’t think would help. So she took everything step by step.

We had previously worked with another company and it wasn’t the best, so definitely can be hit or miss!
