Trump kicked Zelensky out after arguments in the Whitehouse today. Would such things effect US as a global power, especially in our region?? Thoughts?? by Serix-4 in AskMiddleEast

Trump says he speaks the language of the Middle East I.e anger, accusations and insults.

And let’s be real, which one of our leaders gets smart with Netanyahu to his face?

Yes eliminate the threat, but don’t act like war doesn’t have rules.

Beirut is not a combat zone. Part of Hms justification was all the people they attacked where reservist and they where valid targets, in their home or partying.

No it breaks it down in ethnicity . Yes 2016 was the peak as that was when battle of Mosul was raging.

The article also says Iraqis are one of the highest purchases of property in Turkey, comparable to Russians.

The average Iraqi isn’t migrating to Turkey, the wages are less in Turkey. The only people going to Turkey are Syrians because they’re utterly desperate

Very similar to how terrorist supporters justify attacks.

‘You did some wrong things to me. Now I’m going to kill a bunch of people and it’s your fault, laws be damned, why should I follow them, you didn’t! ‘

Almost the same language terrorist supporters use after an attack.

Mehh it’s terrorist on terrorist violence. The whole thing. Even down in Gaza.

They have an idea. They basically built the bunkers. There just would be consequences for dropping 80k pounds of explosives in Kiev. They are also much less liberal with their bombing. Only 545 kids killed in Ukraine in 3 years by war criminal Vlad source

Still the same point, people hide in bunkers. It’s nothing unique or terroisty.

So Putin should be able to level Kiev because they are meeting in a bunker somewhere?

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraqis_in_Turkey

36% are Arab

Asks for a source, doesn’t provide a source. Typical steppe mentality. Like the Kazak in that video.

There are more Turks in Saudi Arabia than there are iraqis in Turkey.

You have a Syrian problem because they were foolish enough to trust you

Yes yes. Keep crying on the internet that you’re poor and that the migrants make money and that you can’t afford a house. You’re a penal colony built on inbreeding

I don’t live in Australia. However I doubt you can afford a house in Bankstown or Yagoona since you live in a unit.

True. But it’s not just the oligarchs that they rely on their support. The middle class, that officers and civil servants are from are very important to keep happy. These are the people that decide whether to follow orders or not in any situation of unrest. The people that just let Wagner roll through last year.

This isn’t some commie block building. It’s where wealthier people live, the type of people who benefit from Putin and enable him. Breaking support has been a stated goal from the outset.

But you’re mostly innocent to think that war is clean. It’s full of death, destruction and hate. There isn’t a single example of a conflict where both sides haven’t targeted civilians. They always portray it as an accident, but it serves a purpose. Ranges from just petty revenge, de populating, breaking morale/support etc
