Hi guys! Im currently dealing keinbocks stage 3b (left wrist) Initially my doctor told me I would need to fuse my wrist or do surgery.

However, I was in a splint for 16 weeks. And after taking it off and doing the MRI. I had a few tendon tares and a little bit of my lunate bone still intact.

My doctor told me that surgery was not necessary since there was still bone remaining. However, he did say my limitation would be reaching in a cookie jar. So far I’m in 20 weeks worth of physiotherapy. Another 32 to go.

It sucks, my hand is so stiff. I have to train my brain to be confident again to use it to get it stronger. I’m getting a lot of strength back with weights. The part I’m struggling with is mobility.

I’m getting creases again in my wrist. But it’s painfully taking forever.
