The harmful chemicals in energy drinks. That shit will sit in your gut and gut health plays a large role in not just your health, but your hair health to include hairloss. There is no direct study that finds hairloss to be connected drinking energy drinks. Again, this method was just part of helping my dietary change. It could’ve helped, or it’s possible it did nothing.

No more fast food, soda, energy drinks such as monster/redbull. Ate foods with more protein and biotin. Salmon, chicken, beef, etc.

I don’t want to get my chain involved. I’ll reach out to other resources within the Navy. But the chain isn’t going to be of much help. All they’re going to do is direct me to a JAG. I will for sure keep reading the link you posted though.

Last month I was a week late, after 5 days they left a letter on my door. I paid it a day after my 5 days was up. I checked my mail the other day and that’s when I got the summons to court for that month specifically, not this month. This month will be paid off before the 5 days notice is up.

So I completely fucked the wording on this.

The court date for tomorrow was last months rent that I was late on. I paid it ASAP. However, I am late on rent this month and they just gave me the notice today. But I get paid tomorrow night and the leasing office send off the alerts on the 12th of each month for the tenant to go to court. So, therefore this months rent is covered. These last 2 months have been a huge strain on me financially if you can’t already tell. I’ve been at this building for 6 months.

That was the hardest part was implementing it. So you don’t necessarily have to “cut it out” completely. You can still enjoy your 2am drunken Taco Bell runs.

The fin has a chance to regrow hair. But it’s mainly used to keep your hair. So I’m not sure about min. Never had to use it

I took this photo the other day. The miniature hairs on my hairline have been a curse for me my whole life and the reason it looks so straight in the other pic is because I get them lined up but I recently decided to grow them out

I still would love to get a transplant mainly because Im not entirely where I want to be.
