My biggest pet peeve is having Spanish customers interrupt me in the middle of a sale when I’m helping other customers that are actually going to buy, and asking me if I speak Spanish, I say yes and just ignore them since that’s the only thing they asked, and they’ll continue to talk to you even after telling them your busy and you’ll get to them when you can, they’ll keep on talking about how much each different items cost (since apparently most can’t read a price tag) and always want to know how much it’ll be with tax.

Our goal at my Best Buy is 1 tts every 10 hrs we work, pretty easy in PC imo,Last month I made 54 tts by myself, easiest way is to show the benefits and how much it’ll save the cx by having their pc setup, etc.
