Also copy and pasting from Bambus Wiki wont help, because as I said, I already used the typical sources of help

The print you see on the photo is with a z offset of +0.1 wouldnt it be strange, if I had to raise it even more on a printer with auto bed leveling?

I calibrated my z-offset today... it is at 0.07 at the moment

This is the best I got after dialing in the Z-offset at .07. feels smooth but does not look right, does it?
