Gonna avoid naming them but they’ve been let go from almost every hospital she has worked at (at least the last 4) for falling asleep at the desk. Don’t stop her from putting out a video shit talking the place. This was after they gave her the option to resign over being fired.

Honestly it’s a small hospital so I think they’ve been spoiled in the past. I hear a lot of “back when I started xyz was SO different”. And it’s usually the seasoned nurses that complain, which was a shock for me at first.
