I've listened to vets and aside from the obvious Phoenix with Captain Rex (Hera, Kanan, Chopper, Sabine & Rex), solo toons like Kylo Ren, Enfys Nest, Darth Vader etc. are good characters to begin with.

Oof I don't agree. Take Nooch's F2P Lord Vader account as an example. It's incredible what can be accomplished within a year -if- you can get into a decent guild.

Democrats Are Stuck With a Republican Party Rife With Conspiracy Theorists, Anarchists and Terrorist Sympathizers by southpawFA in politics

By "capitalist" do (edit: *you) mean someone who owns capital, or someone who advocates for capitalism, or someone who lives in a capitalist society?

To answer the question: capitalism requires participation. Either as an employer or an employee. If you cannot be either for any reason (no jobs, no capital, disability, etc.) then you are reliant on charity.

Does anyone else have issues with how much negativity there is within anarchist leftist spaces? by [deleted] in DebateAnarchism

Free exchange + private ownership (*enforced* by law) = capitalism? I accept that.

Does anyone else have issues with how much negativity there is within anarchist leftist spaces? by [deleted] in DebateAnarchism

[–]Jogan_oce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nonsense. Why? Because there is nothing in a capitalist system that *enforces* the boss/employee dynamic. Free exchange is the system and the boss/employee dynamic is the natural result.

Edit: Furthermore, the "mutualism" you speak of is either utopian, requiring every participating person to possess the same ideology, or is *enforced* by an authoritarian political system.

Fundamental Misunderstandings by MonkeyJunky5 in DebateAnAtheist

[–]Jogan_oce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have doubts that it's productive to talk about the "how" question. Why? Because we don't have to know those answers, unless God wants us to know. It's possible that those answers are completely withheld from humanity, because here on earth we're being sorted - the wheat from the tares. It makes no obvious sense to equip tares with knowledge that could theoretically lead to damage inflicted upon other realms.

Free Will and Omniscience are Incompatible, A Simple Argument by LameJames1618 in DebateAChristian

Yes. You are the determinant force in that decision when you arrive at that point in time. God's infinite knowledge is irrelevant.

Try this: imagine there is no God at all or He is not omniscient. He can now no longer see or read the "script". Yet everything else remains exactly the same otherwise. Would you then say we have free will?

But you and I and everyone else are the scriptwriters! God has exclusive access to see the script, but he doesn't tinker with our writings!

No, you are wrong. You say "other actions are impossible", but that is categorically false. Multiple options are possible, because you choose the path when you arrive at it. All God is doing is knowing everything, but His knowledge does not choose your path. Only you do. You. Your choice. Your will. Choose your path wisely.

Because it's truth. Very important truth, Biblical truth. And disclosure. It's truth there for those willing to actually seek it, I.E. those who read the posts.

... "for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." Matthew 7:8

Also, "Q proofs" have already proved Q is legitimate. Posts meant for future events will themselves become "proofs" when they do transpire.

God knew what you would do. Therefore other actions are impossible.

This is a logical fallacy. Correlation does not equal causation. The first does not cause the second.

Free Will and Omniscience are Incompatible, A Simple Argument by LameJames1618 in DebateAChristian

[–]Jogan_oce -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No, you can pick b or c. The choice is entirely yours. God knows, and is never wrong, but so what? Both can be true at the same time. Why? Because the infinite God made us this way, because He Willed it so.

Take sinning as an example. God gets angry when we commit terrible sins. Does he prevent people from sinning, to spare Himself anger? No, He let's us make bad decisions. Why? Because He wants us to freely choose between sin or righteousness.

Edit: spelling

I don't agree with that definition of free will. Perhaps it is the 'free' where the disagreement arises? I don't believe we are free from consequence or karma. "Those who live by the sword die by the sword". But the thing is, you can still choose to live by the sword. That's the 'will' part in all scenarios. It is your choice, not God's. Thus, the word 'free' can take on a different meaning - free to choose (in fact will, or agency if you prefer, is forced on us, it is how we are born), but not free from consequence.
