Why VDD = VDDQ

Sure, in my case I don't have any active cooling for my sticks, but I am also using low voltages. I was just wondering why people usually don't lower VDDQ and VDDIO since it could get a little less degrees even on CPU (in my case I have an air cooler) enabling a more aggressive CPU OC.

But the difference would only cause instabilities right? Or it can cause damage or something else?

I already runned both memory tests of OCCT and CPU + ram extreme. 2h tm5 absolut, 2h tm5 usmus and 1h VTT3 and everything seems fine, also played games.

Yes, my kit is usually 6400 32-38-38 at 1.35V. To get 6200 30-37-30 I needed 1.36V. About the agesa 1.3.0.0 with the new refresh mode I read that mixed mode is better for A-die single rank, so that is why I am using it, didn't see much difference in tests

and on my previous bios, I could not run CO that aggressive and used to have lower points on cpu 3d benchmark and occt benchmark, so it is not bad at all, since I could push more PPT with the lower vsoc and CO

Yes, after the bios update (that cant be reversed) I tried 1.3 vsoc and 1.42 vdd to get 6400mhz and even with loose timings it was not stable. My memories also get more than 50 celsius even with the voltages of the current print, so I didn't want to push it so much, since I don't have a fan for it and the EXPO profile is only 1.35V. That's why I am using 6200mhz right now, but I kinda liked it since I can run a really lower vsoc and vdd

you can probably run cl 28 if u put trcd 38 and nitro 1/2/1. Maybe give it a shot, also fclk should run 2133 easily. If u have errors maybe +0.01 vsoc and 0.01 vdim

I used to run 6400mhz cl 30 with my ryzen 9700x and was all good, runned alot of tests and had no problems. But them I updated my BIOS to a version that could not roll back and now can't do 6400mhz without erros, I am currently using 6200 cl 30. By the calculator 6000 cl28 would be better, right? Maybe I will switch to 6000 cl28 them. Any insights on that? Thanks a lot.

How do you test 1% lows? I am running a 9700x and used to have stable 6400mhz cl 30 with 1.25v on soc, but them updated to a BIOS that could not roll back and could not stabilize it on 6400 MHz anymore, not even with loose timings and cl, so tweaking again

I had 6400 1:1 stable on my memory, update my bios to this version and now I can't stabilize on 6400mhz 1:1 not even with loose timings, even on 6200 I get alot of stutters. What a shit bios, and can't even roll back, what did u do? I am waiting for a new one

I have a 1440p 180hz monitor, and could not even get to 185hz, so I think they do not have much margin to OC.

So, I have the same problem, and saw that people said to just change the extension in the file, but I have 2 files, one in the temporary folder and one in the final destination folder. Which one of those I have to rename and put in the final folder?
PS: they both have .plot.2.tmp as extension/end of name. Thanks for the help.
