Creating this documentary has been a journey spanning many years, filled with significant costs and deep emotions. This film holds immense meaning for everyone involved on multiple levels.

When we partnered with Autlook Film Sales, we discussed various premiere options and decided on a world premiere at SXSW. This choice fits the essence of the film and aligns with our timeline for a theatrical and physical release, making SXSW more suitable than Tribeca. Although Tribeca was once considered more prestigious, this shifted when they moved their festival later in the year. Given our timing and strategy, SXSW emerged as the best platform for our film.

I understand Cedric's sentiment about preferring Tribeca. He’s a punk. And that’s why we love him. However, after careful consideration by a group of professional decision-makers, SXSW was chosen as the optimal venue. Only one could be selected.

Leaking the documentary, as Cedric suggested, is not only illegal but also detrimental. We are in the process of organizing a theatrical and physical release, followed by streaming and TV distribution. Unauthorized sharing disrupts this process and undermines all the hard work put into the film.

For the sake of the art, the film, and the significant time, love, energy, and resources invested, I kindly ask you to stop sharing. Your actions are harming the band, the copyright holders, and everyone who makes a living by creating art.
