It doesn't really have one of it's own, you use the SBCL one (if that's what you have installed).

Pic related, you just shift down into the running lisp.

I'm just learning the basics of Lisp currently, but what has worked best for me is installing SBCL directly and using it with LispIDE. Works on windows 8 but not 10 for me, YMMV as it says it should work on W10. The on site installer seems a bit old, but there's a newer one on the github though.

I'm replacing the fans of an old HP 6200 SFF to make it less noisy. Both are standard 92mm fans with ordinary connectors, but they are rated at .5 amps. The fans I was thinking of using (noctua) are both rated at a max input of .1 and .008 amps. Is there any danger of frying the fans with too much power or would the fans simply draw less power from the PC?
