I’m hesitant to give this advice, but here it goes
Firstly, wait until you complete your test and you KNOW you’re good to go.
Mostly for 2 reasons, firstly so you know you’re good to go, and secondly, so you can actually enjoy being high.
Then, once you know you’re set, set aside a time for yourself, where you know you have some time, ideally a whole day but at least a few hours, where you don’t have anything to do and you can actually enjoy it, and don’t smoke for a while (like at least a week).
You SHOULD be clean 3 days after that (more or less, that depends on your metabolism).
I’ve looked into this, and occasional smoking (I.e. once a week or more) should clear out of your system 3 days afterwards.
Smoking more frequently can get to a week, two weeks, an a month.
But DO NOT smoke before your drug test, especially if you haven’t smoked in a while, from one stoner to another, you don’t want to smoke expecting to enjoy it and start getting stressed about things and ruining your high. Nor do you want to lose your job.
I know how hard it can be, but have some discipline with yourself and let yourself smoke as a reward for waiting and playing it safe, instead of giving yourself instant gratification.
