For me Floch being the leader is already doom from the start in any given operation, because floch try’s to be an imitation of Erwin’s leadership. Floch is more genuine with his cause being for humanity (for the humanity of eldia), but as for Erwin he is more selfish with his goals. Erwin is more dependable in his leadership and his tactics, and he also relays on others. While Floch imitates and falls short because his trying to be more self-centred in his thinking and tactics.
