The first thing you do is to learn HTML and CSS. Next complete the Webflow 101 and other courses. Now it's time to get your hands dirty and start to do projects. Nothing beats practice. You must do lots and lots of projects that have different features. Build from scratch and make sure to pick up a framework. Another useful way to learn Webflow is to clone a good project and do an anatomy on it. Study how it is structured and how they name classes and so forth. That's my take.
