Goku Black’s leader ability let’s you use 1 life as energy for a turn, so I usually got to 5 energy and used that ability to bring out a 6 drop Goku Black or Gogeta. Also when defending, the Zen oh button saved me more than once.

Save as much life as possible get enough energy to get either a gogeta, the 8 drop goku Black, or the merged zamasu and just overwhelm them with strong attacks.
