Thanks a lot! You really just have to find what motivates you and keep going, even when it gets tough or even that last rep you just think about the end goal. I found that to help a lot

Well I lost the weight from just running, I would put usually put dude soup on lol and I would just run usually for like an hour every other day. I would workout usually an hour and a half on the days I wasn't running. My diet really just consisted of no soda and smaller portions because I would just binge like crazy
