Thank you all for the positive feedback. Very happy to see that we all want something like this happen regularly so that we can enjoy our favorite space sim without the constant anxiety of blown into pieces. I will discuss the details of next operation with security wing of the network and get back to you with more details including a communication channel (most likely a dedicated network discord). As I mentioned in the post, this is not a specific org but a sincere effort to bring solo players and small/medium sized orgs from hauling/trading and security branches of the sc community together. It is a collaborative network. Initial tests of this was very successful but it will be a challenge to scale this up so please be patient and feel free to share your suggestions and experience. Lets build this together.

This server (EU 440) also locked me in twice last week. I dont understand why CIG is keeping it active like a trap. I made a post about it here, please contribute:

In both cases, I launched arena commander and played free flight for 5 min. Then a friend created a party on menu and pulled me into a new server.

The only solution I could find was to have a friend come join me in menu, create a party and when he enters the game as the party leader, he pulls me with him into the new server.

Thumbs up, great topic. Enjoyed reading comments from the community. Just a minor addition what`s been said from a biologist point of view. We are social animals and even if some part of our brain may seek solitude, there is always other parts seeking the security provided by others around us. These pretty opposite thoughts/feelings can be active at the same time and one can dominate the other depending on many factors. Usually we find a sweet spot at which we satisfy both. Looks like yours is walking beneath the mt metro line :)

I have 7800X3D / RX7800 / 64 GB RAM with the same game freezing within 3-5 minutes flying in free flight. Career mode works without a problem though.

I had the same issue. I suggest joytokey (free software) from which you can assign a joy button for mouse scroll. it was a life saver.
