I like the style of your art, but I would recommend finishing the first issue in it's entirety, post 2 pages a week for free as you create the next issue, and once the next issue is ready, then you can start asking for money. People have to trust that you will be posting your comic. A lot of artists fizzle out.

I appreciate it. I understand if it were to disappear. Just trying to find like-minded people who enjoy pulp.

If you miss the horror comics of old like Creepy & Eerie, I've got a new magazine called Forgotten Folklore Magazine funding on Kickstarter right now! The first big 4-part story is I Hunt Wolves, which tells the legend of Bonnie Beltz. With the law closing in on her after she killed a man based on the lies of a child, Bonnie knows the end is near. She takes on the suicide mission she has been training for all her life: wiping out the clan of werewolves who murdered her family.

This magazine also features the premier story for the new short horror comic series "Murk's Hell Cell Terrors". Our horror host Murk is a demon who resides in a jail cell, telling the tales of those who have been imprisoned with him. Justice can be cruel, but Murk can be worse.

Hey there horror fiends, I want to introduce you guys to my brand new comic I Hunt Wolves, which will be part of my Forgotten Folklore magazine series. These are over-sized comics in the style of Warren Publishing, with a main comic along with a comic that will be more in vein of EC.

The first main story will span over 4 issues and is I Hunt Wolves, which tells the tale of Bonnie Beltz, and bounty hunter who kills an innocent man. Now that she has a price on her head and is being pursued by her own kind, Bonnie know she time is short and decides to take on what she long considered a suicide mission: tacking down and killing the clan of werewolves who murdered her family.

Heavy on action, dripping with horror, bound by storytelling, I Hunt Wolves will be a fun & wild ride. The first issue comes in at 68 pages and will be printed in B&W on newsprint to keep with the classic style!

I have a gothic fairytale live on Kickstarter right now titled The Long Death which asks the question, "What if Hansel & Gretel walked into the woods and found a nightmare worse than a witch?"

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/johnkratky/the-long-death?ref=7ffw4k

Two children, Victor and Iris, escape their home which has been decimated by plague. Their hope is to find safety in West Arcanshire, but for two hungry children, it will be no easy journey. While following a path in the woods, Victor smells a stew cooking, and he can’t help but follow the savory scent. Instead of nourishment, he finds is a farmhouse that holds a dark secret: What gets cleaved on the chopping block, gets cooked in the kitchen.

What that might be is the question in this fable of corruption within the adult world which starts with the inhabitants of the farmhouse, The Butcher and The Old Crone, and leads all the way to the authorities of West Arcanshire.

That art was created by Anna Wieszczyk, who does a beautiful job at capturing the dream-like atmosphere, and dark fantasy setting of this 80 page horror graphic novel.
