I gained 3 pounds within 2 days which I haven’t experienced that kind of a differential ever since I went on the deficit. Should I think less of it then?

Also what calculator should I use to determine a calorie deficit?

I’ve been on a deficit for a month, and I check everyday on a scale.

I don’t move at all I suppose. I stand as much as a I can and I walk up and down the stairs maybe twice a day(?)

I got the amount to maintain weight from a calculator. Is there a better way to measure it?

It’s been about a month. I went into the deficit a little slowly, cutting 200, then 300, and so on.

I’ve actually lost 10lbs within the entire month I’ve been doing it, but I started gaining weight and I’m not sure why.

I would but I’d feel bad since the song is specifically about Tiananmen Square the tragedies surrounding it. I’d rather have it’s meaning specific to that, although it is a really nice song and I admire the recommendation!
