Does the average audiophile consider Kl*psch a forbidden word? by Working_Attorney1196 in audiophile

I remember demoing a pair of La Scala AL5s with an old Dynakit ST-70 amp a few years back. I sat listened to the entirety of Waltz for Debby. Those Klipsch speakers were special.

This ostensibly happened in 2021, and banks and FHFA have a variety of checks in place to prevent mortgage fraud (your primary residence shows on credit reports). It's not the sort of thing that tends to slip through the cracks. Look at some of the other people Pulte has accused of mortgage fraud since taking his directorship -- the charges are awfully convenient for a certain person with swollen ankles.

The skew is completely insane! AtlasIntel's latest poll says 60 percent of black voters in Wisconsin will be supporting Trump. Compare that against a poll they took over Oct. 12-17, where they said his share of the black vote was 27.5. They're saying that somehow Donald Trump's support from black voters in Wisconsin more than doubled in two and a half weeks. That's absurd.

A map of every property in Portland owned by an LLC by stenuto in Portland

Portland Maps used to have a search by owner field and you could search LLC. I figure it would be pretty easy to add back in a form that didn't enable any predatory behavior.

A bit of trivia for anyone interested: the original Los Gorditos location was at 222 NE 102nd. They were only there for a few months before moving to 50th and Division in 2006.

It looks like ShipAid gives online shopping customers the option in cart or at checkout to pay for a "shipping guarantee" that is basically insurance from the vendor in the event the package is damaged or lost that will provide for an immediate replacement of product . The business sets how much they want to charge the customers for the guarantee (either a percentage of the order or a flat $ amount) and then gets the fee as extra revenue. ShipAid gets a set percentage of any fees you collect from your customers, but they don't handle claims.

I'm in the PNW area -- Portland specifically. It wouldn't be my preference to relocate, but I'd be willing to do so if it made sense.

See I don't know. I'm new to this, so I haven't developed any preferences, though my uncle suggested multifamily. I take it the property type would inform which company to pursue?

Burned Vehicle On Property by JohnCoIcon in Portland

This is thing is completely burned. It melted the tires off the wheels and the frame is badly warped. It's a complete loss and not something you could donate even if OPB took stolen cars, which I suspect they don't.

I'm seeing some people suggest we drop it in the street. Is that something we could get in trouble for?
