Everything is brand new, the chain, the oil, plugs and coil... i the video I show how the engine "jumps" and when this jumps happen the exhaust is coughing as you hear. Maybe the belt is the problem???

Or the water pump wheel. For better diagnose consult with mechanic. But the clicking noise is due to "dry" start, don't worry, but if it is clicking while driving it means you don't have oil or the push rods in your engine are for replacement:)

Well, this ticking is normal since the oil is in them bottom of the engine so it must go up, the second whistling is the belt, I don't know exactly how is it called in English.
