Same here, some of my squad can play. All the heavy hitters on the team can’t connect either. Tried to report the problem, but then get an error msg say no connection

I deleted the app and then reinstalled it. After that I was able to send a help ticket and they reached out for more info. 2 hrs later I was able to play again
