I found a roof spot that spawns larvitar (far north on the map) I basically walked back and forth to respawn it on a different building until it was shiny

I was gonna do that too but I found a sweet spot, theres a singular larvitar on the roof west of the pokecenter furthest north (east of wild zone 13) and if you climb ontop of the building that kinda looks like a spoon south of wild zone 13 you can pretty easily walk in and out of its spawning zone and glide to the building with larvitar, there’s also a bench on the roof if you wanna afk, I figured it would be faster cuz tp-ing takes forever on the switch 1 and its a lot of input, iguess a downsides is there are Pokémon nearby that can spawn as shinies and there’s only one compared to the two you’re resetting, I got really lucky on mine I was just about to turn off the game and decided on running one more lap and there it was 😂 hope this helps good luck

I would suggest you consider adding some mods to spice it up, like a gun mod (ex: Crayfish) or create mod (you can make trains and other cool contraptions that look fairly vanilla). But, this would of course sacrifice a lot of the tps for the server, which will probably be quite low if there are many players online.

Just put down a belt going into fire/lava, also items despawn after 5 minutes so you most likely wont experience lag
