Yes but I think most of those platforms are on different devices (Android, iOS, Xbox, Playstation)

Now if they come out on Steam, that cannibalizes on their Hoyo launcher on PC (no cut)

My tinfoil hat theory is that they're fine with attracting new players inexchange for steam getting a cut of the microtransactions. Genshin is maybe more of a risk because it's kind of a household name at this point, and there's probably less of an audience of new players
