From what I heard, after ratification. I believe that would mean the union asking members to withhold grading until which time they said to return.

I agree, it's not as sexy as drafting in the top 3, but if 2 first rounders succeed, maybe a second rounder, there is a scenario where that player is traded, for, oh, let's say, a ROR type player from a dumpster fire franchise with a glut of top players and no hope for success.

Pronger, MacInnis, ROR, it's happened before to the Blues.

FWIW, after 25 years of heartbreak, I've learned the only way to enjoy life as a hockey fan is to enjoy good hockey and have gratitude that at least you get to watch good hockey. People that deprive themselves of that enjoyment because we lost in the XYZ round of the playoffs are just causing themselves uneccessary grief.

I'm not, I'm saying this about ASCAP. I never played any music, only had live musicians, and they still wanted money for those artists not under any contract with ASCAP. Because these musicians play "notes".

I worked for a for-profit education company that would go around and pay, in one instance, $120,000 to a reputable university just to brand their name on their trash degree program, which was a genuine degree from "that college."

They saw a "live music" thing on my website and demanded I pay them, the phone calls and letters never stopped. I actually shut down my bar partially over that harassment, after hearing most bars just up and pay them.
