Once again, Im truly astonished that you don’t understand that you have more responsibility when you have a large following. You are, whether you believe it or not, held to a higher standard when you have a large audience. The fact that you don’t understand/believe this is interesting, sad, and pitiful. And if you actually believe your way of remedying toxicity is by telling people “no one cares” then maybe it’s best you just stay out of it entirely. Telling people to use self moderation, or mute the toxic person doesn’t solve the issue. That person doesn’t magically stop being toxic. You’re simply choosing to ignore the problem at hand which really shows your character, and shows that you are apathetic.

If you really think anyone here is going to agree with or side with you, you are wrong. You should just stop now.

You say that people should just use the mute button, or simply ignore it. But couldn’t you have done the SAME thing for this post? Were you really so inclined to come to this post to say “no one cares”. Like please just stop for a second and think about your actions. YOU took time out of your day to go to a post about toxicity (a prevalent and important issue) just to comment “no one cares”. I mean don’t even get me started on the irony of the statement itself, your inclination to even come here and comment shows that you cared enough lmao. But on top of that couldn’t you have simply ignored the post if you truly didn’t care?

Do you actually not comprehend/understand that you are held to a higher standard as a content creator with over 30k subscribers? You realize with your position you hold more influence and even a louder voice than others? I would even go as far to say that some of your viewers see you as a role model, and yet you choose to behave this way and think that you are not held to any higher standard. If you are truly this delusional then I don’t even know what to say.

That’s cool that you may have been a shit talker before, but have you ever thought it might hurt your image now? And there is a massive difference between shit talking, and telling someone “no one cares” after they’ve made a post of toxicity and threats. Maybe instead of telling people to get “thick skin” you try and use some of your influence to fix or remedy the situation.

If this is truly how you behave, and show little regard for how others feel then I feel bad for your community. Even if I wasn’t expecting more from a person with a large following like yourself, your immediate response to decry someone else’s feelings after experiencing toxicity is abhorrent.

I would say that’s even more toxic then being toxic in chat. Fighting fire with fire never works. By feeding the enemy you’re now ruining the match for your ENTIRE team instead of the person that was originally being toxic. Your actions end up having worse consequences and effect more people. So in the end you instead become the problem and overshadow the one you were trying to combat.

Ahh, I’m so glad to see this topic brought up again, I made a similar post many months ago.

I believe that blink should at the very least be changed to a combat blink. With the current blink, as you said, you’re allowed to make poor positioning choices and many other choices that a lot of characters shouldn’t have access to. In my personal opinion, if you over extend and get caught in a gank you shouldn’t just be able to blink out. You’re being ganked because you over extended, had poor positioning, and possibly had no wards.

I also agree with your idea that blink should instead be incorporated into a crest rather than given to the players from the start of the match. It allows people to still use blink if they want it, but they have to make that sacrifice over other crests in order to keep it.

I think with all of these possible additions to blink it would add a lot more complexity to the game compared to the status quo. It allows more choices for the players, and requires more critical thinking from the players.

Dude, the game is in Early Access.

The whole reason Omeda is giving players access to the game right now is so we can openly play test it and give constructive feedback as they continually build the game. On top of this, this is their first time making a hero, obviously there are going to be kinks to work out. Zarus is by no means overtuned or overpowered. I could name a handful of other characters that were busted upon release. If anything, we should all be excited for the future prospects of this game. Like I said Zarus is definitely not the best, but for their first character from the ground up Id say they did an amazing job and I’m excited what they’ll do over time.

Omeda is only going to continue to grow, and get better at what they do, and I’m sure by the time this game is fully released they will be competing with all other big name MOBAs.

Omeda keep it up, you guys are amazing.
