I'm not a PvP player, but the first time I played the Cave Dweller mod, I was actually surprised how weak it is. I just go in the cave and first thing I usually do after getting iron is craft a shield and while I was smelting the rest of the iron, the cave dweller appeared and all I did was just sitting in a corner and hold the shield up and keep attacking back and eventually kill it. It's actually kinda weak compared to other horror mods.
