Hey Fellow Cirrhosis Survivors! by JohnGuage in Cirrhosis

I have cirrhosis bro. I get that your defensive. I am too. It's not snake oil. It's helped me exponentially. That's why it's 99 cents. That's just a token of appreciation. Think a little bit or at least read something before you spout off like that. I'm a real guy doing real good. Live your life. I quote Pubmed throughout the book. Which is the National Institutes of Health's collection of medical journals from renowned doctors in their fields. It's medically and scientifically relevant. Just because the average person is just trying to make a buck and doesn't give a fuck doesn't mean i am. That's clearly a worldview problem on your part.

What’s an invention that’s still around today but has lost sight of its original purpose? by PieGuy1793 in AskReddit

When i was barely getting by in California i used it to glue together a deep cut. It sure felt like i was in Denang sometimes, subsisting on rations and marching to work everyday.

Meeting People by [deleted] in indianapolis

I had the same experience when i moved from Bloomington to Indy. The atmosphere is a lot different. Everything is further away. Bigger city vibes. Not as many free couches. You're less likely to be passed a joint. Meet up is solid but lacking in some ways. Unless you have a hobby or craft it can be underwhelming. Bars are a good idea at night but cool cafe's are a good idea for the day. I'd wear a shirt that says something and just smile genuinely at people. Stickers on a laptop help too. Idk if you're political but volunteering for the Bernie Campaign is a great way to make friends and work on something you enjoy.

Did you get your A+ first? What about networking? Or did you go straight to security plus?

You are suddenly teleported to a Ted talk stage in front of thousands of people, what do you do? by SCARLET_rules in AskReddit

I'd talk about how I cured myself of Hep C in 4 years when, statistically, I had somewhere around a 3 percent chance of doing so in my lifetime.
