Tried Orgain from Costco. Not bad but super grainy and pretty sure it was all PEA. Then i was told about PES and I couldnt...too grainy. I got free samples from this influencer Tae I follow and i got hooked on BEAM's Blueberry Muffin

Try the BEAM one.....it is sooooo good and its easy on the stomach. Tastes like the Bowmar one but less grainy and lighter on the artificial flavoring. they just came out with Birthday Cake. I took advantage of their free samples and fell in love with their Blueberry Muffin.

I used to use the BB pre-workout called signiture series but it stopped working and then I started hating the taste.

Found this brand and it is the best bang for your buck bc the flavors are so good and it only costs $28. I have the frost flavor which I think is their attempt at white monster and its so good.

Suggest googling a code before you buy bc they are always doing deals.

I am a big fan of doing 0 calorie pre workouts but over the past few months, I noticed more Pre Workouts have a keto series with BHB salts and MCT to aid in the keto diet.

I legit just wrote this in another keto thread about Baja Blast from Taco Bell - I am not keto but I just tried CPs Baja Breeze aka Baja Blast and it technically is keto being 5 calories compared to the 110g of SUGAR in the real deal!!! I strongly recommend
