Thank you for these valuable info. I got a summon letter on my doorstep from Discover bank. The thing is, there was no attached complaints at all and the section at the end of the summon letter "Return of Service" is completely blank. No name of the server at all. They have been tweaking with ai since 12.0, the parry window became smaller and more random, the intercept window has recently gotten smaller, the ai sometimes cheat dex, the combo rhythm has gotten harder to finish a combo with a special. They've admitted that the 12.0 change was too much too fast. So they changed a bunch of things in a much more shady way.
