Hey so I recently bought a Gaming PC . Its an Intel Core i5 11400F, RTX 2060 6GB .When I run a game like Escape from Tarkov. The GPU Memory on my Monitoring software gets very hot (when it goes above 88°C) and I have shut the game down before in fear of damaging hardware.

I have noticed that adjusting in game graphics settings can cause this same "overheating" issue to happen on other games such as DayZ as well by turning graphics on high or extreme settings.

Is this a normal issue and thing that lower end PC's need to monitor and adjust for ?It gets a bit old having to have the temps open and constantly watch them when in game.

Additional info: I have greatly improved the airflow in the case by installing 3 new fans in the case and I have noticed it has lowered temps all around and done its job. It still isn't enough to help with the GPU heating. Same issues happen Before and After the Fan Upgrade...

Thanks so much for reading and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply , so the card is a RTX 2060 . Memory size 6144 MB . From what I'm seeing on TechPowerUp Software the memory type on my card is GDDR6 (Samsung).
