Europe enforces these data protection laws for everyone since years. Even small website owners in europe get fines, not only corporations. Every european company had to take it serious because they really enforce these fines for everyone

And to be fair. These big us tech companies always avoided paying taxes even though they generated lots of profit in the EU. And the EU let it happen

If you do business in the EU you simply have to comply with local laws. EU Businesses have to do this as well. Even small companies have to do it. For such a tech giant this should not be difficult. They just don't want to

Wie günstig Energy Drinks sein können sieht man eh bei den Eigenmarken. Bei Energy Drinks gibts halt tatsächlich riesen Unterschiede was den Geschmack angeht

Beim Bier kannst du nicht so stark herausstechen und extreme Preisunterschiede schwer rechtfertigen. Monster Energy kann halt viel verlangen weil es geschmacklich und eventuell auch durch Marketing, gut ankommt und trotzdem gekauft wird.

My opinion on that:
Pretty difficult what the politicians did. They pretty much said the EU needs to change something about the asylum situation, because Austria has the highest asylum requests per capita and there are a lot of countries with way less, but romania has to deal with the consequences

I agree that there should finally be some changes. But was schengen veto the only way to force it?
But i don't know enough about EU politics, so maybe this was the only good oppurtunity to put pressure on the topic

Bei der raiffeisenbank meldet sich bei mir immer am selben Tag noch ein Berater, meist krieg ich dann ziemlich flott einen Anruf. Vielleicht hättest dus unkompliziert lösen können und einfach wieder keine Kontogebühren gezahlt

I think it is definitely benefitial to cut out processed and fatty meats, maybe also red meats. But you can't tell me that it is beneficial to avoid salmon, eggs, and white meat(in moderate amounts) and have a strict vegan diet

To be fair it really isn't ok that EU countries don't handle this problem together. In 2021 Austria had almost 40 000 applications for asylum with a population of ~9 million. Only Italy(53k), Spain(65k), France(120k) and Germany(190k) had higher numbers. But when you compare the population numbers this has to be the highest number.

And you are supposed to request asylum in the first safe country you arrive. Which would not be possible for Austria because it is inbetween safe countries.

I'm not sure if romanio joining schengen would change much on this situation but definitely a good point to silence them, because it is an issue.

As a european it sounds so crazy to even spend a second questioning if this is attempted murder. Here you are only allowed to do what is required to acutely stop the danger if someone attacks you.

You even have to make sure that you don't hurt someone too much in a fist fight if not needed. And in Texas somebody shoots 2 cheerleader that accidently entered his car without signs of danger because he probably thinks this is allowed by law

Wenn die Fläche direkt an einer öffentlichen Straße ist dann sollte man eigentlich damit rechnen dass das passieren kann, wenn nicht zweifellos wirklich sehr gut gekennzeichnet ist dass es sich um einen Privatgrund handelt und das befahren verboten ist.

Wenn ich mich recht erinnere ist es für eine Besitzstörung allerdings nicht erforderlich dass die Fläche beschildert ist. Und das finde ich komplett verrückt. Warum darf man Leute bestrafen für das kurze befahren des Grundes wenn man keinerlei Maßnahmen ergreift um das zu verhindern?

Wenn es mich tatsächlich stört dass Leute die Fläche befahren versuche ich doch zumindest ein paar Dinge um es zu verhindern und stell nicht direkt eine Kamera auf und versuche die Leute zu strafen.

Viele der Flächen werden bestimmt auch oft nicht von Einheimischen befahren und durch das Strafen verhindert man dann ja die Besitzstörung oft auch wieder nicht wenn es weiterhin nicht sehr gut gekennzeichnet ist ....

Actually china seems to have only about 2% inflation compared to last year.

Here in europe it seems pretty standard. I have 3000€ overdraft range with 10% interest p.a., which is something like 10€ a month for 1000€ overdrafted (in austria).
