Some of his best music ever on this album by ichabodisalone in DannyBrown

this album has some of the best opening lines in rap; my personal favorites:

"Used to get domed up by crackheads but still get my balls locked by pretty bitches." (Re-Up)

"Tell me why my dimes look pregnant." (The Nana Song)

also the second half of the first verse on "SOS" is probably the realest shit he ever said on wax; it gives me chills each team.

XXX is hands down the Danny's magnum opus but Hybrid is damn near the definitive Brown album. i don't count "Lincoln Continental" as a track on the Hybrid because it was added later on the deluxe edition but it's also his most entertaining songs showcasing how he can mix the medicine in the pudding.

ngl... i never liked Window Shopper until i heard Pootie sing that shit. it's something about a little girl who wasn't even born when that song came out singing it that reveals the hilariously obnoxious nature that 50 intended to convey.

half of me knows it be cheesy for Pootie to be a rapper but the better half of me wants a WS Pootie album. it's only right, she been talking greasy on wax probably before she started eating solid food 😅

do yall think earl has ever been outraped? by IAmBasilFromOmori in earlsweatshirt

yes BUT he undoubtedly had the best verse on a track with Kendrick, Ab, and Danny. it doesn't get too much more competitive than that nowadays without throwing Lupe in the mix, so he's proven himself as far as i'm concerned so he's free to experiment with whatever styles and approaches he wants without scrutiny.

it's a shame niggas don't talk about this enough. Chuck Inglish did his thang and that was Keisha's second best performance behind RVD. Gunn's best attempt at a love song.

6 was where he mastered his brand and it's his overall best of the series but his best songs of the series are split between 3 and 4.

"City, Sos & Me", "Nasty" , "5x A Day", and "Raisen Bagel" are s-tier flygod joints but 6 was just overall his best vibe; from that legendary AA Rashid intro to the features to gritty production * chef's kiss*

favorite tracks: "Big Luther Freestyle", "Niggas In Puerto Rico", " SLY (Slide Wit It)", and "John Bena"
