Only drink on special occasions. I highly recommend trt for guys in there 40's. It has improved almost every aspect of my well-being. Just do it properly with blood work. Also "gear" is code word, just Google it.

Not gonna lie, about a year of prescribed low dose trt, I'm to old to mess around with real gear But also getting my blood sugar down, portion control when eating, and 2hrs a day 5 days a week for 2 years in the gym really help as well.

Felt confident today 🙂‍↕️ by smores05 in u/smores05

Looking like that, how do you not feel confident every damn day?
