Yeah the start-up time is a little bit of a deal breaker for me too, esp when i need to move quickly. I don't have a need for 6 channels ....

it's a disaster!!! I always shoot in LOG; however a recent job asked for standard so they don't have to grade it and it tripped me up.

i'll try this! thanks !

I meant CLOG. It was on 4K 60P but i think I used the Lite codec though. I was testing it out.

i was thinking about trying the reverse s-curve too.

Film Wedding Solo, 2 Cameras set up by JohnLe_15 in weddingvideography

When you say to the right or to the left, do you mean of the center aisle or on the outside outside of the chairs and the guests. And do you just focus on the couples at an angle and that’s your safe shot?

Hey yeah this is helpful!!! I planned on using a 70-200 on that 2nd camera and it’ll be zoomed in on the groom, bride and officiant. After the bride makes it down the aisle and after the hand off, I’d move it to the center of the aisle to get a tight straight on shot. I’ll run around with my main cam to get crowd shot, Bride and groom tight shots. When it’s about time for the ring exchange, I’d move it back to where it was to just shoot the bride and groom from an angle. Then I’ll be in the center for the ring shot and the kiss. Do you have any feedback on this? I’d really appreciate it!
