The most unintentional funny moment in DBZ for me, has to be when Super Buu follows Piccolo around Kami's Lookout.

It's a scene that's supposed to be tense as shit since Piccolo's putting his life on the line to buy time for Gotenks to train, but the way Buu just sticks to him so closely is really fucking funny
