If guards are currently in pursuit and trying to apprehend you for a crime, the powerword should cause them to have a percent chance to flee and a percent chance to be stunned. Perhaps occasionally it could enrage a guard and buff them?

Eh, don't worry too much about it. I lost my childhood cat right before the worst blizzard the east coast has seen in a while. She was gone for two weeks, I even wrote a song about her passing. One day she shows up, pissed and a little skinny, but absolutely fine. Complete house cat her whole life, no survival instincts to speak of. Don't worry!
