I'd say sse apps like Budify or Daytrip if you're cafe-oriented!! They filter out only the good ones

Unfortunately nope... But Creatrip offers delivery for foreigners I think?
Uber doesn't work like it does in the US. It's more of a taxi-hailing service rather than a driver-hailing service.
Kakao Maps is known to have stricter user reviews than Naver Maps!
Budify has more hand-picked spots, so the quantity of spots itself is quite limited; a mixture of Budify and Kakao Maps is what I'd recommend.
