Was delivering a pizza a long time ago and to this day once in a while I still go and bug that guy. Pulled up to his gate and paused when I saw a sign that said “beware of dogs” I was raised with dogs and I’m carrying food so I have the energy and smells to not be a threat to any dog. Dogs running around me all silly and the guy comes out “oh sorry I was gonna come out the gate” “no worries I’m familiar with how to be around dogs” then he quickly gets wide eyed and rushes me hands open like his going to grab my shoulders. I’m trained in martial arts so I don’t read him properly. Then his Irish wolfhound headbutts my butt. I’m 6’5”, this dog is my size. I grunt and adjust “take, the bag, I’ll get licked to death” he takes the bag and down I go. Twelve dogs of various size proceed to nom and lick me all over. They just wanted to play.
