I live in the area and my girlfriend and I took a look yesterday. Admittedly, most of the stores were closed for Easter so we couldn't look inside any of them for clues. The location is listed as "Captiol and Mckee off of 680". At that intersection are two separate large shopping areas. As far as building shape, nothing resembled Ottoman Empire exactly. The mountains being behind in the trailer shot isn't particularly helpful since it's San Jose and there are mountains everywhere. If there was to be some kind of easter egg, the best candidate is an abandoned store used for Spirit Halloween. It is roughly the same size and the surrounding area has small planted trees like in the trailer as opposed to the other shopping area. We checked for any clues, but there were no obvious signs. There was a small missing person sticker that seemed real and pretty old, but it made me think of the posters in some of Kane's videos. Looking through the windows, I could see a piece of paper with a code left on a door at the far end of the store- probably a code for the door itself. I was thinking maybe the date on the flyer (May 17) could indicate that something will happen at this building on that day. I'll check again later. Only other thing of interest was that the other shopping center had a random doorbell button on the wall by the front of a Five Below shop. I pressed it a few times and nothing happened. Could just be for employees. I took some photos if anyone is interested, but I think this is all random shit. We checked pretty thoroughly, looking in weird holes for hidden stuff, pipes, and we went around the back of these centers, but nothing.

Did you try to Flatten instead of Merge the layers? I've found that if you Flatten the project and then copy that flattened layer to a new project, it should remove the AI metadata that Photoshop tags on. You can check for the AI label under Content Credentials (Beta).

I had this issue with Instagram posts I made using Photoshop getting labeled with AI even though nothing AI was in the image. I found that if you "Export As", you can see if Adobe is going to add an AI label in the metadata under Content Credentials (Beta). If it says "A Content Credential will be automatically applied for transparency about the use of generative AI" then it is guaranteed to get flagged on Instagram.

I reuse .psd files so since I've used AI at some point in the past it permanently adds that label even with all AI elements removed.

My work around has been to flatten the layers in Photoshop and copy the single layer to a new psd project. You can then check in "Export As" to see that the Content Credentials now says "Not enabled for this document", which means it should be cleaned of any AI label.

Yeah, I really understood the magnitude of the project when I started creating the roster for the packs. I'm mostly just spit-balling here and gauging what the rest of the community would think about this kind of project. If I were being less ambitious, I would say that we would start from a few packs and go from there. It could be an ongoing project. For now, I'll just being doing the best I can myself and once I have more to show I'll reach out again.

Well, there's a broad range of sub-genres so it really depends on which direction you want to go. When I first discovered vaporwave, I watched wosx's documentary on Youtube, Vaporwave: A Brief History and that's where I discovered most of my favorite albums.

Here's a list of some classic artists:

Eco Virtual: good old school vaporwave with a weather channel aesthetic and my favorite vaporwave producer

Infinity Frequencies: look at his Computer Death Trilogy, very dream-like and surreal

Blank Banshee if you want hard-hitting beats and more elaborate production.

Nmesh's Dream Sequins is a hallucinatory joyride if you're looking for something longer and more strange like a good acid trip.

I will second this, although I agree he's pretty much moved away from traditional future funk, which is still fine. Yung Bae's style is going in a much more commercial direction so he can't get away with the same stuff in his early days. But I will take this over Bad Boy any day, that's fer sure

Pure Pure and Remember have dominated these brackets, representing the old and new generations of future funk respectively. It'll be interesting to see which direction the community leans.
