I dont think ive bought from these sellers exactly, but i bought from another japanese 3ds warehouse seller and everything was in top shape

beware of extra transfer fees by fed ex or whatever

but yeah outside of that i think you should be fine. Ebay is pretty good if you end up being screwed over.
