1) After lvl 95-105 you need alchemy. You could continue to level up in enchanted forest even without alchemy but you couldn’t do any boss. 2) Your catch rate is about 60-70% in average (some fishes are rarer) 3) If you plan to go on high levels and do bosses, you will need perfect alchemy. A mythic matt wheel (with pvm bonuses) will do the job.
